About Dave

Dave Mac has worked as an entertainment professional since 1993, starting out as many do on the DJ circuit in his home town of Falkirk. In 1998, he got his first break in radio and he has worked continuously in Scottish Commercial Radio ever since. He now works as both a presenter and programming consultant for several stations and his syndicated Retro Chart Show is now broadcast weekly on over 40 radio stations worldwide. In-between radio presenting, Dave is in demand as an Event Host, Sports Announcer and Voice Over Artist all over Scotland. He is known for his professionalism and has a large repeat customer base.

Voice Over

Dave has his own broadcast standard digital recording studio where he produces voice over’s and bespoke syndicated radio programming for various stations and businesses worldwide.


Dave has recorded voiceovers for radio commercials, promos and for station imaging. He has also recorded “Voice of God” announcements for TV, events, theatre productions and schools. Dave has a neutral Scottish voice which has no regional bias.
